Apple iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 14 and Safari browser and Google Chrome are just two of a multiple software products that were successfully pwned with previously unseen exploits in Tianfu Cup 2020.
The two-day event, happened over the weekend, and saw white hat hackers from 15 different teams using their own original vulnerabilities to break into software and mobile devices widely used in 5 minutes over three attempts.
The international cybersecurity contest was held in the city of Chengdu, China and event organisers said “11 out of 16 targets cracked with 23 successful demos.”

Patches for all the demonstrated bugs demonstrated are expected to be released in the coming days so users can expect to see updates released for their device soon.
