Beta Unthetered jailbreak for 32 bit Devices released

For awhile 32 bit Devices seemed like they wouldn’t get a jailbreak ever again however since then we have send Homedepot and now the recent Phoenix jailbreak.

Tihmstar who has been involved in both jailbreaks has released BetterHomeDepot on cydia which is an untethered jailbreak for older 32-bit devices to jailbreak if they are running iOS 9.1-9.3.4, which was something not previously possible.

The problem currently is the jailbreak only works on iPhone 4s and is known to cause bootloop issues. You can though add support for just about any other 32-bit device by adding its offset in /untether/offsets.json. Tihmstar says the project is now finished for him which means we aren’t likely to see a simple one click tool for every 32-bit device.

Update 1: BetterHomeDepot updated to version 1.0.1, “Tihmstar states the tweak is now compatible with iPhone4,1 running iOS 9.3.4 and iPad3,3 running iOS 9.3.2.” it is still possible to add support for additional 32-bit devices running iOS 9.3.1 to iOS 9.3.4, but device owners will need to add individual device offsets themselves to do that.
