Update: After following the guide there is no conversations tab in the iOS Alexa app so I contacted Amazon and they have confirmed that they are having an issue with the conversations tab not showing and are working on a fix. We will update this post once we get any further correspondence from Amazon.
Update 2: Amazon has contacted me back and has confirmed what we already know that this is a wide issue and their tech team are working on trying to resolve it, they have confirmed they will contact me back within 48 hours. Once again we will update this article once we have further information.
Update 3: A call back from an Amazon employee says that the iOS app will be updated some time tonight and hopes to fix the problem, I’m unsure how accurate this is however some android users are using the app here and having success.
Update 4: An update for iOS users has now been issued and we have a guide on how to enable it here.
