How to get a refund for an AppStore Purchase using iPhone

From time to time we all purchase something we didn’t mean to and thankfully Apple has a policy in place to help customers get refunds for apps they purchased in error, Apple also keeps an eye on the amounts of refunds one account claims and abuse of the system will result in accounts being banned.

To get a refund from your iPhone/iPad simply follow the steps below:

-Launch Mail from your Home screen. -Search for “Your receipt from Apple” if it’s not immediately visible. -Tap on the receipt for the purchase your want refunded. -Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase you want to report. You will be redirected to Apple’s problem reports page.

Apple should respond within a few days however overtime we have done this we had a response within minutes.
