1. Click activity on your Apple Watch
2. Swipe left and scroll to sharing
3. Tap the contact you wish to compete with
4. Scroll down until you see compete
5. You can choose to invite the contact or learn more
6. Tap invite and wait for the challenge to be accepted
Competitions last for 7 days, enjoy your new challenge.
