Google is rolling out a new card in their Fit app called "Pace Walking". Pace walking is a new activity that lets you walk at a pace you choose. For most people, it will be about taking “about 100 steps per minute”.
I you walk at a higher pace than normal, which is perfect for when you want to lose weight. Pace Walking is a good for your overall health so this should be a welcome addition.
The new pace walk feature is rolling out in version 2.57.16 of the Google Fit app.
